IBPS CLERK ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA – 2019

Educational Qualification

Graduation Degree from a University recognized by the Government of India. 

Candidates should have a valid Mark-sheet / Degree: Certificate which supports that they are graduates on the day they were registered for the exam. The percentage of marks obtained in Graduation should be mentioned at time of registration for the IBPS Bank-Clerk examination.

Computer Literacy: Knowledge of computer operation is a must as IBPS Clerk exam is conducted online.

Language Proficiency: Candidates should have verbal and written proficiency in official language of the State/UT. The candidate should be able to read, write and speak the language

Age Eligibility :  (As on 01.09.2018):

Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 28 years

Application FEE For IBPS Clerk 2019 – 2020 :-

  • Rs. 100/– for SC/ST/PWD candidates & Rs. 600 /- for all others
  • Bank Transaction charges for Offline/ Online Payment of application fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.

IBPS CLERK PRE EXAM PATTERN

The IBPS Clerk preliminary examination is of one hour duration and is conducted online. It has 3 sections with having 100 questions in total with a maximum score of 100 marks. There is negative marking in IBPS Clerk Pre exam as 0.25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer. Candidates must clear the sectional cut-off to qualify for the IBPS Clerk Main exam. The section-wise details are given below:
