CLAT is considered as one of the prestigious Exam which conducted every year for seeking admission to Law Colleges in the entire country.
January 13, 2019 – The CLAT 2019 application form is available now. Candidates can register online for CLAT 2019.
January 9, 2019 – As per the official notification released through official CLAT webiste, the application form of CLAT 2019 will now be available on January 13, 2019 and has been postponed by three days. Earlier it was to commence from January 10, 2019.
January 5, 2019 – As per the official notification released by National Law University Odisha, Cuttack, the application forms will be available from January 10 to March 31, 2019.
CLAT Eligibility Criteria 2019
Aspirants of CLAT are advised to read and understand the CLAT 2019 eligibility, before filling the application form of Common Law Admission Test. The eligibility criteria of CLAT 2019 mentions criteria for admissions into the NLUs which include minimum academic qualifications, marks and age criteria needed for applying for the law undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. According to the CLAT eligibility criteria, the candidates need to qualify 12th board examination with at least 45 per cent marks in the aggregate of subjects.
For the candidates, applying for LLM programme need to acquire an LLB degree with 55 per cent marks in their qualifying degree.
The CLAT Eligibility Criteria 2019 is mandatory for the aspirants as it helps them to know the pre-requisites before filling the application form and avoid problems in the later stages of CLAT 2019 admission process.
It should be noted that if any candidate is found ineligible according to CLAT eligibility criteria 2019, at the time of admission, his/her application form will be cancelled even in the later stages.
